I was blessed by a sermon that I heard by Bishop T. D. Jakes, titled: A Three-Dimensional View. I encourage you to listen to you it, especially if you are going through a tough time. You can find it on YouTube. Below is a quote/message from the sermon:
____________
"Do you know that the Bible has a word for people who are suicidal?
Do you know that God has a word for people who are depressed and stressed?
Sometimes, we face things that's too much for us to bear. That's why God says:
Cast all your cares upon me [1 Peter 5:7].
____________
In 2 Corinthian 1:8, The Apostle Paul admitted that he went through something in Asia that was beyond his strength that made him want to die. He wrote:
"...We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired of life itself."
Paul said that he was pressured so bad [it was so much that he was going through] that he wanted to die [he despaired of life itself]. He said that it was beyond his strength.
Then Paul continued in the scripture (vs. 9) saying:
We felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. ☆
Interpretation: Paul said that he went through all of that so that he would not trust himself, but instead, trust in God, who raises the dead. ♡
The message: If God can raise the dead, He can raise people who feel like dying... and raise people who feel like they are at their wit's end."

Be encouraged. God loves you.
