When God is the Author of Your Life, Expect Him to Be the Eraser of Your Plans

After completing my daily Formula B Solutions daily blog post yesterday, 3.6.2024, I began thinking, and it dawned on me that writing, what you can call, devotionals, was never my intentions for my Blog. Nope. Not at all.

A little over two years ago, when I started my business, Formula B Solutions Strategic Program Designers & Consulting Services, I decided that I would use my brand to create a Blog and that I would become a Blogger.

My original intent for my Blog was to highlight (post about) health care products that I used and liked or disliked (complete with pictures of the products). I had also intended to Blog about my favorite Eateries and post pics of mouthwatering dishes, as well as Blog about fashion (being the fashionista that I am), and home décor (I am an interior designer and interior decorator at heart). I also had some other very creative ideas/creative ‘Solutions’ for my Blog.

However, guess what? God told me that I would not be using Formula B Solutions Blog for none of the above. That’s right. That is what He said. And I obeyed, as you can see if you have been reading my daily blog posts.

Friends, God erased my plans, and knowing God the way that I do, I am certain that He did so for a very good reason. God is very purposeful about the way he orchestrates our lives and the instructions that He gives us.

Jermiah 4:29:11 (New International Version) reads:

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Following the path that God sets out for you (when you walk with Him/when you submit to His authority/when you have a relationship with Him, He orders your steps) and being obedient to what He tells you to do is very important because God’s plan for your life, you can believe, is always a great one.

Also, what I have learned through some great teaching and experience is that often times, our obedience to God’s plan for us is connected to someone’s life/people’s lives (meditate on this). Therefore, a double blessing comes from us being obedient to God and walking in our purpose. You see, not only do we get an abundance of blessings as a result of it, but so do/so will others!
